So what, that's just too damn bad, war is war, they have already been warned... the same for Syria, the game is over for them, strike and remove all those sites once and for all...
You will immediately notice that my foreign policy has no regard for political correctness, I would not play paddy cake with them... I wouldn't be too concerned with Russia getting aggressive, they would back down, they always have...
I would move our military headquarters into the desert and keep our troops there, this would avoid surprise attacks from anywhere...
I would warn the people in all the most heavily troubled towns to hand over the terrorists or leave, and then I would turn the place into rubble...
