well I have to agree with you on your last post. I really don't like companies that issue S8 on a regular basis. I had a real bad experience with another company who did that. So I guess that is part of my bias toward S8 shares. I would rather see a company just IPO shares and pay for employees with cash.... hey whats with this stock ETLT - Eternal Technologies Group, Inc. -- last six months shows its in an uptrend! Should be some happy campers there! ABA
