After yesterday's sell off, the $RUT has made no net progress in the last 7 months: stockcharts.com I'm not expecting an intermediate term top before next week at the earliest. I just want to point out that the broad market is a far better indicator of market health or sickness than the Dow or S@P 500. And, on that score, the broad market is down with a bad sore throat which threatens to become a serious case of strep throat.
