Hi Daniel,

I heard the same drop off occurred at both Gurnee and Woodfield when the kiddies went back to school. As I recall it happened last year as well in the malls. Parents dish out an awful lot of money for back to school clothes, school supplies and lets not forget tuition. In September I don't think the parents are quite in the mood to celebrate all the bucks they just dropped on their little darlings with Margorillas and Rasta Pasta. It's more likely they wait until they get home and then take a couple of gulps out of the bottle Jack laying in the back of some drawer. :>)

But seriously last year 3Q was by far the best Q for Woodfield, Gurnee and MOA. Tyson's and Sawgrass werent open yet so there's nothing to compare there. And DW revenues has gone up every quarter its been open so far. I'd say look for at least a 10% pop in revs for the 3Q
(July 1- Sept. 29). Sawgrass might be the exception as the summer heat cuts into tourist traffic there or so I'm told. Jupe and Grape can tell you more on that. 4Q revenues last year were a notch below 3Q unit by unit other than DW. Basically, 3Q is best, then 4Q, then 2Q, then 1Q. That could be a northern bias though. Like I said neither Tyson's nor Sawgrass were open until after the 3Q last year.

Regards,
Dennis
