Speaking of dancing, do you believe that the UNSC had the right to issue binding (enforceable) resolutions against Iraq?>>

First off hawk, lol for your BS speaking of dancing thingy.

The UNSC DID issue binding resolutions against Iraq. It is important to maintain credibility and I believe that is exactly why the UN didn't enforce the resolution (not to mention they are as currupt as most organizations).

The world isnt nearly as black and white and you would like to paint it. When you are confronted with enforcing a resolution you have to weigh the pros and cons and enforcing UNSC resolutions was not worth it, it was not worth if because most of the world believed iraq was not the threat they once were, not even close. As it turns out, most of the world was right, you were wrong and you continue to be wrong.
