I bought some shares today at $22 1/4. If anything, this may dead cat bounce, seeing that it is about 35% lower today than last Thursday. I am of course betting that this is a bottom. If not, I will hold through the earnings announcement. An announcement of increased Battery Management backlog could put the stock back into the high $20's very soon. If backlog does not increase substantially, it may be time to take some off the table. Also, it occured to me that the NVSRAM business may be taking a hit from Flash technology. I should have guessed since I own SNDK stock as well. I will work to verify this theory. Any thoughts about that? It would then lead to substantiate management's reasoning for de-emphasizing the NVSRAM business. Rex
