Q, did you ever think about shorting into december tax-loss buying events? Take ESCL. No fraud found they say today and the stock soars... There is no way to simply call of such a massive thing. Far from over. The stock seems to bounce for tech reasons (one of them that some short positions are possibly covered at a loss and rolled into another account).
