Today's candle is a "Spinning Top" and holds no real short term promise. The fact that WIND held at support on Friday and advanced today does show residual strength. The Bollinger bands are fairly tight now and a move one way or the other seems to be imminent.Because of the residual strength and because we are near support which has been recently tested,my prediction is up and fairly soon. I'm afraid WIND's chart is so weak at the moment that we have lost the interest of most TA types but maybe we can prevail upon Stephen Neal to come back long enough to give us a good read. How about it,Stephen? Mitch
