Hi Tuck...They wanted to try higher doses than 600mg if these results show a good safety profile with dose dependant efficacy. But with 25% bioavailability I don't think FDA will allow them. So inorder to get 360mg dose which is the highest dose they are testing now, with 25% oral bioavailability, they have to give 1440mg tablet which is impractical.

Let's see what they'll say on the c/c
