A lot of people in Iraq don't have democracy as their highest political priority. Actually its not my highest priority either, but even if you consider democracy, liberty, and stability and add them all together you still have some people who have other priorities. If that's what you mean by "It seems to me that a lot of Iraqies and a lot of other arabs don't want to live in a democracy. " Then we agree.

OTOH democracy and stability are important to many Iraqis, and liberty to at least some of them.
