I believe this forum should be open to all opinions and I appreciate everyone who takes the time to post. This way we get everyone's perspective on the financial health of this country. I think by having a wall street insider can provide a great wealth of info to us.

Since many people on this thread are not 100% certain as to why the markets have not turned out to do what they thought they should do, having people like "longislandguy" can give us a bull's perspective of why the markets are behaving the way they are and what he feels is going to take place next.

Longislandguy - can you give us your opinion as to why we have not seen the credit and the housing bubbles burst and do you believe that they are going to burst and when/where it is going to take place.
