I agree that the results don't seem that bad. If I do nothing but let this play out and the options expire worthless I'm the proud owner of 400 shares at a cost of $8.50, which I can live with. What bothers me is that the results were know by the company as of 12/14, and the stock began tanking as of 12/14. Regardless of the merits of the product, someone or some group of someones let all their friends and relatives in on the results. Here come the law suits, and in this case they seem justified.
