yeah i noticed that the stock started tanking in earnest right after the conference call announcement today at 2PM eastern, even though the results supposedly weren't out yet

you will probably be okay at 8.50, as you can probably sell 7.50s out a few months for more than a buck, and perhaps the stock will wander back higher as the company spins the outlook

i still figure the target user of polyheme is someone in the middle of nowhere, where the choice is polyheme or death, rather than polyheme or blood, so the fact that the death rates are similar to blood would mean the product can still gain clearance from the FDA, but that's very much a guess from someone with no knowledge of biotechnology or these processes at all

you're probably right about the lawsuits, although the only one who will make any money from that are the slimiest lawyers in the country, whose names seem to show up on every one of these situations...maybe one of these biotechs can invent a compound to remove the leech characteristic from these securities lawyers...i'd invest in that <g>
