Dear crdesign,

You truly do sound like a complete moron.

"I'm busy acquiring more homes..."

Boy, REAL smart move there, Einstein! Funny, I've SOLD all four of my homes since November of last year and will patiently wait to buy back in real estate...in say, 3-5 years. Without people like you, I would have never cashed in on the windfall of profits that I made in just five years....and for that, I thank you (for buying my significantly overvalued wooden boxes, that is).

Guess where 60% of the profits went from my sales? Yup, THE STOCK MARKET! The market is done? Stick a fork in it? You, sir, clearly have much to learn about technical analysis and economics. You see, the only thing that has a FORK embedded deeply in its chest is US REAL ESTATE. The stock market, on the other hand, will surely shock you and lots of other "doom and gloomer's" in 2007.

I know the upside target...I'm extremely confident in the upside target. If memory proves correct, YOU called the stock market "top" months ago. What happened? Genius, I tell ya...phucking GENIUS!!

So before you try and "school" another poster here while so desperately attempting to sound as much like your hero Slider as possible, try leaving moronic statements like "I'm acquiring properties" out...you just may sound a bit more credible.

...go get 'em tiger ;)

Signed,

A free SI poster
