That is precisely the operative word in your post I find so compelling.

I live and own all of my properties in the wonderful triangle of 3 major Universities: Phila, LaSalle & Drexel.
In the last decade they've all doubled their land holdings and built new facilities
Which translated in to a doubling of the student population.

All Univ's are located less than 1 mile from my properties.
I didn't pay more than 50k for any of the investment /renovation properties.

Yer right, I'm a real fuggin dumb ass!
The student rental market is hot and getting hotter.

BTW I don't own any "wooden boxes"
All my homes have 16" thick stone walls, historic quality, driveways & yards.

& I did call a market top back at DOW 12k.
we're up a whopping 4%.
