I wouldn't want my company to be associated with Taglich Brothers, even if they paid me. It would probably be more effective to pay them not to cover MFIC! But then they could raise the cost of protection "or we'll initiate coverage with a Speculative Buy." It's a no win situation dealing with characters like this. At his age, Gruverman should be able to recognize these guys for what they are; I don't understand why he continues to deal with them.
