I agree, although if the shares eventually get put out thourgh more S8's it causes further dilution. The way i'm looking at this and maybe I have my head in the sand but I really think that this company is going to have to grow so quick and expand to keep up with the market that they have done this now so in the event they may have too raise a bunch of money to invest in more Factorys, equipment, Laser's etc then they will be all set up to do so.

I also think that in the short term if they start coming out with sales and revenues that are profitible and point to a good future the the next set of S8's will be sold off at a much higher PPS.

IMHO this thing is either going to go to the MOON!!! or it won't go at all. I'm banking and thinking and am very positive and optimistic is going to the moon!
