The Unicom system was built for 30M subs. Since reaching that figure in May 2005 (3 years post startup), the net sub adds have average 325k per month. Net subs take churn into account, doesn't it?

Unless they are installing unannounced base stations, an ever increasing subs count will only mean a degraded service offering.
