I bought UBET this morning as a January play. I've owned the company a couple of years ago and have casually followed since then. The company has nice YOY revenue increases, but missed last quarter's earning projections. There were some one time charges that should disappear going into the new year. UBET also completed a secondary offering last week, which brought the stock down. The offering will help clean up the balance sheet, so, long term, it's a plus in my opinion and has created a end of year buying opportunity. The new legislation that put a crimp on internet gambling should also help this internet horseracing play. Technically, the stock looks like it's completing a double bottom, so I bought shares today in the 3.26-3.28 range.
