I ate at Kona Grill in Naples, Fl yesterday with my daughter. The mgr advised they're opening 5 new locations next year. Half the staff was from the Mother Ship in AZ helping to jumpstart the biz, they travel from new opening to new opening... I believe Kona has found a nice niche as this location was close to a PF Changs and a Cheesecake Factory and was fairly busy for a tuesday afternoon. We all know the key is to invest in a chain during the ramp phase and this is it.
