I don't think it is the selection of a replacement as much as it is a concern about the departure. Schneider went from being the CFO of a $50 billion corporation to being the executive chairman of a bank holding company that has almost zero presence at all (two local, small branches).

That isn't exactly a positive sign when there's an ongoing SEC investigation.
