Ah Bill, you and I are related we just don't realize it yet. I have to be very careful to not use peppers in SW style cooking to my taste either. It's really a bitch when you guests are rolling on the floor screaming in agony:)

Heres another tip, you get over peppered your thought is to drink water. Wrong! that just spreads the peppers and keeps the heat cooking. Sugar, just take a teaspoon if you've lit yourself afire and it will kill it now.
