There certainly has been a lot of drama surrounding the blank check acquisitions.

Arthur Spector, the CEO of Millstream II, was also the CEO of Millstream, the first of the current crop of blank check IPOs. Millstream acquired NationsHealth (NHRX) on August 31, 2004, easily the least successful blank check acquisition to date.

I wonder if Spector will get another chance.

You might want to look at the warrants (CRBW) for Courtside Acquisition (CRB). They have to sign a deal by January 7, 2006 or liquidate the company. Today, the common stock and warrants closed at $5.42 and $.29, respectively.
