I think the standard for immigration, irrespective of religion, race, or national origin, should be: "Is this person likely to contribute constructively to the American culture and economy."

Clearly, some people have not demonstrated a constructive motive for coming into this country. The imams who pretended to be terrorists by imitating terrorist behavior while boarding an airplane are a classic example.

The people who took flying lessons and skipped the lesson on landing an aircraft are another.

It follows that people with a similar behavior pattern should be barred from this country.

That's not Islamophobic. It's just common sense.
