Paul, They did warn after the first month that they were booking new orders at a slow pace. However, a great deal of their business is done late in the quarter as businesses wait to try and get the best deal possible. Therefore, ASND really doesn't know what their earnings will be until the last couple of days of the quarter. At least they communicate and tell us what they know when they know it. There are companies that wait a full 90 days after the end of a quarter before they release their earnings information and do not prerelease earnings. Best Regards, The Thrifty Investor
