Democrats are not for adding troops. Reid said it might be OK temporarily if it's a way to end the war sooner. That would actually shorten the occupation. Though I doubt that is what Bush and McCainh have in mind with their fantasies of "victory".

I've never heard Obama say anything about Iraq. If he has it's not well known what his position is. I take it he's a liberal and probably anti-war, but has he put toward a plan? Kerry has.
