I understand i-line steppers currently sell for approximately $2.5 mm. How much has the price declined in the last 3 years? By the same token, what do you think a DUV step and scan system will sell for in 3 years (i.e. SVGL's Micrascan III which I understand sells for app $6-7 mm)? Thanks very much in advance and thanks for all your comments from a long time lurker.
