Good luck with the beluga. Consider osetra and sevruga, which I think are also very nice.

Many of the things rich people eat just don't appeal to me, like champaign, smelly French cheeses, and truffles.

But I do like caviar.

Also oysters and shrimp, which used to be considered poor people food, and have become reasonable if you are willing to try farmed.
