This was when the cdnx was quite new, and Pinetree had just listed there, from the coats exchange where it had been pica ... Inwentash has been quite the momo player, stayed a bit long at the tech bubble, got caught out with nonliquid positions i guess ... same in the early nineties resource boom, and before that in the eighties, if memory serves ... his m.o. has always been the same, take down placement paper and then promo the heck out of it ... recent concerns as to methods and ancillary activities are not the first, ahem ... with the uranium plays i would say he has some winners, though, for the time being
Seven years ago was when Jordex jdx.to was first starting to run ... you were on momo puppies playing gi.to and dba.v among others ... that was a great winter, my first big one in the speckies since getting a computer, as my bank period had finished nicely by then ... the brokers were all swamped, two hour waits some days, orders all buggered up, fun times ... i remember selling some p.o.s. when i meant to double up on it, hit the sell button by mistake, discovered that later on while checking for a fill and found they hadn't put it in yet, it was 'pending', so i cancelled it, whew, lol
not.v - they said those other eight holes should be out before year-end ... i didn't get many, nervous of that big gap, got a lot more Freewest fwr.v, which is cheap for what they've got even without any more excitement over Windfall, spinning off the uranium properties would really drive it
