I'll let K.B. answer, but I'd suspect we're talking about the previous alltime high. I had a glance at the complete historic chart yesterday, and I seem to remember that $9.5 or thereabouts was the initial pricing when it went public.

Volume was good yesterday, indicating that there might be two scenarios ahead: Those who have been there from the start have now a possibility of getting their money back. That hasn't been possible earlier...
We might also be seeing what K.B. is indicating: Once passed historic resistance levels, the stock might well take off. I don't know the company well enough to decide whether I should take a (small) profit at this level, or accumulate! So, instead of nervewrecking decision-taking, I'll stay put.
