Actually Sun does not make any high-end. More of a middle range machines. NEC and Fajitsu were the main competitors. But don't leave out HP/Convex yet.. Competition for low-end would be PC's (Intel with Lynux or Micro****) Macs somewhat?? Midrange: Sun DEC HP IBM Highend/Supercomputing: NEC Fajitsu HP/Convex?? IBM?? Note that the US International Trade Commision and US Dept. of Commerce did come to a conclusion on NEC's dumping issue... sgi.com Actually I just got my O2 (r10K) and it came right up, and I could connec the Digital Camera/mic. and also tried out the VCR/Camcorder. And all of this worked straight out of the box. Very nice! Mark
