They aren't fantasy TJ, they are works in progress. 15 years ago, people said CDMA was fantasy. Globalstar was just a gleam in an eye. For millennia, war was seen as a constant - a part of life always with us. Serfs of states was the standard but now there is an increasingly globalized planet and the need for a NUN is recognized more.
