Viewpoints on USSEC

I’d say it is to be expected that USSEC will take us all on an emotional roller coaster ride, with ups and downs, beliefs and questions, up to and until the time that final validation comes that puts financial rewards in all of the shareholders hands.

John’s process and USSEC alone marks one of the greatest innovations that people like us would even ever have the opportunity to know about in advance. Most opportunities like this that relate to critical aspects of our future are normally kept under lock and key, being prepared in secret laboratories by organizations that certainly have no interests in sharing their upside with people like us.

I for one relish and cherish the fact that we had access to such a stock and opportunity months before their US and international launch. A rare thing indeed to have stakeholder access to something with this precedence and magnitude, and certainly enough reason to sometimes want to question when and how it will happen – given the importance of what it means to so many of us.

Some good points on due diligence and common sense questions I’ve seen on the boards, and avoiding published rhetoric that can be too often used to divert real questions is a good policy. A few points I’ve noted that might help include:

1. Beyond all the fuel claims, its properties, who has shown interest in the first days, etc., there is one factor that is as large as everything to date: John Rivera was the first person to see big enough – beyond all current power plant models – to realize the impact of matching ANY type of biofuel with large scale power plants (50MW to 300MW). He could have setup a company that even bought, refined and used biodiesel from other manufacturers out there, lined them up with available power plant deals, and made us all very happy with green certs, incentives, and percentage points of kilowatts offered. There are so many fantastic spin-offs with USSEC that any delays stakeholders experience should come with the understanding that the end-game team is only now being finalized, due to the scope and interest that has to be prioritized and managed in the coming eight weeks. A very big undertaking and a process that has to be handled correctly. The bed partners of tomorrow can be the difference between 300% or 700% profitability.

2. One vial of his fuel analyzed and classified by different cuts already shows characteristics for an alternative fuel that go well beyond any other biodiesel product on the market – and this is PRIOR to the refinery process that is being cemented and finalized between now and February. USSEC is attracting some of the top minds worldwide. Again the irony, even in the current usable and planned form John’s fuel is as revolutionary and world-changing as it comes. Refinements over the next few months in preparation of power plants roll out can literally double expected profitability as the R&D team gets the final molecular structures and catalytic processes down perfect.

3. Something that caused a paradigm for me personally best reflects the unknown and the true value of USSEC for many decades to come. As John has mastered the creation and production of creating low cost energy (and in his case even free energy when the certs and incentives are applied), it puts USSEC into a position to concentrate on new sectors that he is not even told shareholders about: applying his reduced cost of energy onto processes that rely on electricity as a major cost component of the manufacturing process.

Examples such as ethanol (high cost of energy to manufacture), aluminum, etc., are but a start to what this factor means. Already companies are starting to pour in that are recognizing this, and the biggest factor for success will come through picking the best partners out there that can extend their resources to help make the transitional periods for USSEC as smooth as possible. Simultaneously, intelligent options are being explored to minimize how much capital for operating is needed, by pre-selling intelligent contracts that help fund all aspects of growth and operation.

Patience and understanding will bring greater shareholder rewards, as less capital to connect the dots means greater rewards for the foundation that gave USSEC its chance to launch and trade in the first place.

There are hundreds of people pushing John and USSEC out the gate, all wanting to see financial gains on their investments as quickly as possible. I’ve never met John but had the pleasure to speak with him several times on the phone. I’m also active enough to look at partnerships that are key, analyze his options for distribution, have the key properties of his fuel assesses against known models on the market, and speak with various distribution partners on what the process means for performance and profitability.

Success is inevitable, and the more medium term support he gets from his base now, the quicker EVERYONE involved will reap the benefits they so hope to see. I for one recognize that John is a complete visionary – tasked with the tremendous responsibility of trying to see and allow for all the routes to market that USSEC must take – and subsequently keeping his team hopping in overdrive ensuring that everything is on track with no surprises and total operational readiness. Come mid-February, I don’t think anyone will ever have another doubt again.

Best to all of you. If you need to contact me on any subject, I am always available to help make sure USSEC stays on point and this community gets to our objective together.
