LUNN was growing about 100% per year. How fast would TPG have grown on its own? It is my understanding that TPG had decreasing sales and earnings, year to year. Will that trend continue?

My figures for how much the new company would have earned was gotten from the consolidated statements that LUNN provided in previous news releases. I reposted them here, but the information didn't post well. Maybe I'll repost some of the most pertinent numbers by hand later.

Regarding "getting TPG for free", I'm wondering how much of the TPG portion has already been factored into the LUNN stock price since it has already had a nice run-up from about .75 since the merger was announced.

If the TPG portion is not factored into LUNN's current price, then it would be true that you would get TPG for free as long as the newco sold for at least 10 x today's price (which would be $ 15.90 as already stated).
