Survivor - I am not following you here

I think that you have lost me.

First I assume that you are talking about the unaudited financial statements that were posted on the SLJB website for the year ending May 31, 2006.

I believe that PV stated that the Audited Financials would cover this period and I believe that he said that he even had them in his hands.

You are saying that if the AF are released and turn out to be what SLJB had previously claimed, namely $65 million in Revenues and $26 million in pre-tax income, then the stock price could take off.

However, it seems that this is now an impossible scenario.

and this is why:

It appears that PV and Steve Sulja stated to stock hog, airys and fishforbreakfast that none of the middle eastern deals have closed.

therefore the $20 million of the revenues to the middle east that were included in the "actual" unadited financials could not have occurred.

so now we are down from $65 million to $45 million in revenues.

however

in the same conversations to the board posters, SLJB stated that the SLJB plus SAM business had a revenue rate of about $1.0 to $1.2 million per month. Lets take the higher figure which leads to $14.4 million per year.

however

In a press releases issued by SLJB, it was mentioned that SAM's revenue was about $6 million.

therefore

this gives us total revenues for all of SLJB of $8.4 million for the year ending May 31, 2006.

$8.4 million in revenue compared to the $65 million in revenue that SLJB had announced for the period ending May 31, 2006. A VERY VERY SIGNIFICANT DIFFERENCE.

SO AS YOU CAN SEE IT WOULD BE IMPOSSIBLE FOR THE AUDITED FINANCIALS TO COME ANYWHERE NEAR THOSE THAT WERE POSTED ON THE SLJB WEBSITE AND SHOWN ON THE PRESS RELEASES (in another "clerical" error, the press release stated $63 million, not $65 million revenue).

Several things. The first of which is to provide the AF's showing the numbers they claimed are true. If they do that, then they take the next step, but imo, no reason to think about the 'next step' until they clear up the issue with getting AF's filed.....As I said earlier, I can see several scenarios that could bring this to .001 or shoot it over .20 - One of those issues, is the AF's. If they indeed show the numbers they claimed and not in a PR, but in a legit nature, this could go over .20 in a heartbeat.....If they show numbers drastically lower, this could go down alot......and there are many other reasons that could cause this to go WAY up or down...but the AF's are first and foremost, along with smoothing over the damage Petar did......
