As I understand it, II issued a sell on the stock and my experience with II is that they are usually wrong. I have never bought or sold a stock recommended in II. I did subscribe several years ago and tracked their performance which was miserable. In fairness, they recommend small stocks and until recently those stocks have not performed well.

The fact that WGTI has had declining revenues now for several quarters is not appealing to me and the only reason I own the stock at all is that there has been continuous insider buying over that last several months at prices between 9.5 and 13. I think all of these buys were by a or several directors. While this is not as bullish as officers buying, the shear volumes of purchases, several hundred thousand shares, is significant to me.
