The model is now signaling a buy and all indicators are lined up. This shows that the persistent overbought state of the last few months is now really over. Expect a rally here through the new year - maybe up to Jan 4-5 and then a more substantial decline is possible. The older "autoregressive model" also signalled a buy on Friday's close.
