Yeah, we could have been spared those budget surpluses and that economic boom.

We could have just stuck with the continuing growth of massive debt.

As it was, we had to take a little 8 year break from that before we got another "fiscal conservative" like Bush Jr. to continue our run of fiscal LUNACY.
