They were canned a while ago. I think there is something posted here, but, from memory, it was disclosed that they were dumping shares and the termination sounded less than friendly.

I've always been anti-paid promotion as this typically involves fluff PR's, paid for, by shares that get dumped. Performance and honesty, and a CEO who understands what it means to foster a strong shareholder base, with a non-dilutive capital structure and tight float, is the only way to turn a company around in the pink sheet area.

Perhaps, HISC will understand that their promises in this area is what got them from .0015 to .144, almost a 100 bagger, while their failure to perform, as promised, is what caused the equally fast retreat.
