I think you are working too hard to make your point. Debt is always a negative.

This is just wrong. I use my credit card every month, and pay it off at the end of the month. Every month I incur debt which I am able to pay off before it begins to accrue interest. There is nothing "bad" about this.

Even if I didn't pay it off every month the story is the same. If I don't have the cash now to buy a car or a home, but I have the cash flows to service a car or home loan, I'll get one, but a car or a home, and there is nothing bad about that.
