Did you hear me complain? Just give the guy that sweeps the floor 1% of that amount. Fair, right? Did you go to your employer during your career and request that X% of your salary go to the floor sweeper? You guys were talking bonuses, not salaries. Switching in midstream....isn't that a strawman? No, Strawman is where I tell him what he is claiming, and I mis-state his points for various reasons, and then point out that he's wrong. We were talking take from the well paid staff and give to the less well paid staff. Salaries or bonuses, it's the same thing. Did he go to his employer during his career and recommend that 1% of his bonus go to the floor sweeper? Same question....
