Yes, at my expense. Each year I lower the % of gross profit that I take and raise the % of gross profit that my salesmen get. In any month one of them can make as much or more than I do.

As you get older, I think you start to realize it's not all about the money you make. It's more about the people you mentor, that go on to be successful. I'm building a business, but more important I'm building a workforce of successful people. And one guy came from the warehouse, where I suppose he occasionally swept floors.
