Salli Mae Corporation [A company] that services federal student loans and is a fortune 500 company not only has outsourced but they currently have TWO servicing centers in India. The communication barrier is a problem as well as the complaints from customers from calls not being transferred to the correct departments. Customers call in and accidentally select and option and get routed to Customer Service which is in India and then get tranferred four or five times until they actually get where they needed to be in the first place! nojobsforindia.com
