CB,
I listen to NPR too, sometimes. But you JUST MUST listen to Air America sometime, for the amusement value. <grin>

Don't bother with Al Franken, their "superstar" as he is just boring. But some of the others, wow, they foam at the mouth. They had a big shake-up there a few months ago and since have toned things down a great deal, so the entertainment value is not as high as it once was.

They had this guy Mike Malloy and he was so vile that he was getting them kicked off the few stations they had left so they moved him to middle of the night and finally dumped him entirely.

Funny thing about Malloy, I had never heard of the guy before, but supposedly he had a program on Atlanta low power neighborhood and underground stations for decades, right there in my part of the woods.

I think what finally got Malloy booted off was that he had begun to advocate that lefties go and buy a bunch of guns and learn to shoot, claiming that he was arming himself and collecting a family arsenal. And too, he had begun to sound a bit like Carter on the topic of Israel, but with a bunch of expletives.

Believe me, it is pretty good entertainment.

Merry Christmas!
