That is a fantastic wine. I have not had it in several years. The rabbit is a good choice. It is a good alternative to the original Leverpull that I use. I dislike fake corks. Dealing with crumbling corks is preferable to fakes. I am contemplating what to drink tonight and with the main dinner tomorrow. Tonight might be a good Gigondas night. Potato soup and chili are the two main entrées. For the turkey dinner tomorrow a 1990 Beaune might be in order. Since I have no Pommerol, compromises must be made. All of this of course is outside the $20 bun.
