The best way to keep kids off the lawn is to make it unattractive. If they use your lawn for ball, then add obstructions.

Illegals come here for high paying jobs. Perhaps we could increase the minimum wage, but eliminate it for illegals. How about denying them work? That seems like the most effective way to discourage illegal immigrants.

Then if they still won't leave then we could help them settle the South Pole. <g> With the impending global warming it should get much more inviting.
