One of my neighbors had a tank. He was going to give some land to the American Legion to build a meeting place. He was supposed to plug the barrel and disable the engine. County turned down the meeting place and informed the Army who came out to look at the tank, now tuned up and running good. They took it away when they found he was trying TO BUY AMMO FOR IT.
