ElM, I'm much more "American" now than I was 20 years ago [or any time before], with my investments in the USA and globalization.
The USA won the war against Saddam. That happened years ago. They then had "mission creep" = "Well, that was easy enough. Why don't we remake the Middle East in our image, like Go- created the world in -is image". The mistake they made with Part II is that in fact, people created -od in THEIR image, or, more precisely, the image they wanted to have of themselves.
20 years ago, and never before that, did Mq of this world look to the USA for protection. The USA was more of a threat than a protector. Now, [since the mid 1990s] I look to the USA for protection of my assets, and I pay them handsomely for that protection, with plenty left over to run Hubble and lots of other good things.
Ironically though, the invention of cyberspace [Arpanet] and CDMA provides the mechanism for Mq to develop things beyond the USA and the Qi is proceeding apace. Just as chimps provided the template for humans to evolve beyond our chimpoid past, so, using cyberspace, we will evolve beyond the USA with citizens of the world as mere servants of the USA and serfs of local yokel states.
Territorial temporal times are terminating.
