If I were Bill Gates and looking for the best way to improve the human species with my money, I woulld spend billions and billions for sholarships for women around the world to go to secular humanistic schools. Studies show when women become educated they make socieites work better. Imagine giving away millions of educational scholarships in Africa, Asia and South America, India, Pakistan for girls and women to go to regular school and then the Stanford's, Berkeley's, and Harvard's and Oxford's of the world. Empowering women worldwide with education would do more good than anything I can think of. I would concentrate on Africa and the middle east.
