As of August 31, 2005, it had approximately 631,000 fixed telecommunications network services subscriptions, consisting of approximately 229,000 broadband Internet access; 293,000 local VOIP; and 109,000 IP-TV services subscriptions. The company was founded in 1992 and is based in Kwai Chung, Hong Kong.

-- EBITDA improved to HK$245.2 million in FY06 from HK$58.6 million in FY05, with rising EBITDA margin trend of 18.8% in 1H FY06 to 23.6% in 2H FY06
